Financial Assistance

If you do not have health insurance coverage or resources to pay your bill in full, contact Patient Financial Services at (208) 367-2130 or 1-800-358-6407 to discuss your situation. We can help any patient obtain necessary hospital services in a respectful and efficient manner. We can provide assistance by:

n Establishing a manageable monthly payment plan.

n Helping you qualify for one of several assistance programs.

n Determining if you qualify for a full or partial discount off your hospital bill through Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center Assistance.

If you are still a patient in the hospital, call one of the Patient Advocates at ext. 3127. The Patient Advocates will gladly come to your room to help with financial assistance, understanding your insurance benefits, or to discuss patient options.

Additional Fees

In addition to your bill from Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center, you may receive bills for the same date of service from other medical professional groups. Physicians, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and pathologists will bill you separately for the services they provide. In addition to your personal physicians, you may receive bills from:
