Flowers, Mail, and Newspapers

If flowers or mail are sent to you at the medical center, a volunteer will deliver them to your room. Several of our special care units, such as ICU, CVICU, and NICU, do not allow flowers in the patient areas.

If you wish to have a newspaper, coin-operated newspaper dispensers are located on each floor and just outside the medical center’s main entrance.

Any mail that you expect to receive should be addressed to your name and room number, in care of:

Name, Room #

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center 1055 North Curtis Road Boise, Idaho 83706

Mail that is received at Saint Alphonsus after your discharge will be forwarded to your home. For your outgoing mail, letter drops are located on each floor adjacent to the elevator and just outside the medical center’s S2 (Outpatient Diagnostics) Entrance.

The Wellness Trail at Saint Alphonsus

Looking for a way to exercise, relax, or meditate? Then, it’s time to get on board the Saint Alphonsus Wellness Trail.

The Wellness Trail is a mile-long path around the Saint Alphonsus campus that is available to patients, volunteers, associates, and the community at large. The Wellness Trail starts right outside of the Central Tower main entrance and features five beautiful garden rest stops every quarter of a mile. These gardens are spiritual in nature and provide a space for meditation and relaxation. The Saint Alphonsus cross is positioned every 40 feet on the sidewalk to ensure you are on the trail.

If you are looking to exercise or relax, we invite you to enjoy all of the benefits that the Wellness Trail has to offer.

Rooftop Healing Garden

All patients, families, and visitors are welcome to enjoy the Rooftop Healing Garden located on the fourth floor of the Central Tower.
