Breaking Ground to Bring Advanced
Medical Services to Our Community
Building on our promise to
deliver quality care close to
home, Saint Alphonsus wants to
thank those in the community
who joined us April 12th to break
ground on our new 54,000
square foot addition to the
Nampa Health Plaza.
We are pleased to bring
Emergency, Heart Care and
Maternity services to a more
accessible and convenient
location, at the I-84/Garrity exit.
As Nampa’s only community
hospital, we are proud to build on
our nearly 100 year legacy caring
for patients in this community.

Staffed by the same board-certified emergency
physicians who care for critically ill and injured patients
in the Saint Alphonsus Trauma Center in Boise, our
hospital in Nampa and soon the Nampa Health Plaza,
residents will have more convenient access to high
caliber emergency care.

radiology services
Saint Alphonsus, the region’s strongest, award winning
heart care program, is expanding its services in Nampa
and bringing the latest cardiac technology to the Nampa
Health Plaza.
• Advanced Cardiac Catheterization Lab
• 10 critical care inpatient beds
• Nuclear medicine
• Stress test and echocardiograms
• 24/7 interventional/invasive coverage from top
cardiologists in the Valley
Saint Alphonsus will establish a comprehensive, state-
of-the-art Maternity Center honoring the late Dr. Fredric
W. Birkeland, who helped welcome over 5,000 new
babies to this community.
