Nampa Vision 2020
is a critically important component of Saint Alphonsus
Health System’s commitment to the health and well being of Canyon County residents
and their families. Vision 2020 further enhances our Mission to promote healing close to
home. The project includes expanding services at Saint Alphonsus Nampa Health Plaza
(Garrity location) with a new 24/7 Emergency Department, Heart Care Center, and 20-
bed Obstetrics Unit - to be named the Fredric Birkeland Maternity Center.
The community investment project also involves renovation and significant facility
enhancements to the Main Hospital Campus (12th Ave.). Further facility planning and
development will be on-going through 2020 to provide state-of-the-art services and
technologies at Saint Alphonsus Medical Center - Nampa North and the main campus.
Nampa Vision 2020 improves access to care, enhances quality and safety, and meets the
healthcare needs of the communities we serve.
